These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AskWallStreet ("the service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using AskWallStreet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
AskWallStreet is an AI-powered market data analysis tool. It provides:
- Market data analysis and visualisations powered by Yahoo Finance data
- AI-generated insights powered by Anthropic Claude
- Conversation history and session management
We provide the service on an "as-is" basis. Market data may have delays. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or continuity of the service.

AskWallStreet is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use AskWallStreet beyond the free trial. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payment and Subscriptions
AskWallStreet offers a free tier (limited questions) and a Pro subscription ($9.99/month).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card details
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate false, misleading, or manipulative market information
- Attempt to circumvent the free question limit through technical means
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests in ways that harm the service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without written permission
- Use the service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskWallStreet and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any investment losses resulting from use of the service
- Inaccurate or delayed market data
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by emailing support@askwallstreet.ai. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
